JewelOps is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that provides jewellery business management tools. No physical goods are shipped or delivered at any point.
2. Access Activation
Upon successful payment of your subscription plan, your account and all associated premium features will be activated immediately.
✓ Activation is instant — no waiting, no manual approval required.
You will receive an electronic receipt and subscription confirmation at your registered contact.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Since JewelOps is entirely digital, service delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation from Google Play Billing.
In the rare case that your account is not activated within 15 minutes of a successful payment, please contact us using the details in Section 4 and we will resolve it promptly.
